Artist's Comments
This profile is of the only Isla Nublar (Site A) raptor species.
This breed was genetically toggled with so that it would be "theme park safe." Because she was created on Isla Nublar, she is female - as are all of the other dinosaurs on that island. There is no male of her species. It's a whole breed of raptor that only comes in female, and at the same time, is the only raptor type on Site A. If this type of raptor was set loose on Isla Sorna, they would become extinct due to the other more aggressive raptor species who would out compete these ones for food. |
